she smiled running after him

He stopped once again. He barely knew this girl... but at the same time that one kiss felt wonderful.

'It's... it's okay. He was a good friend... He'll be missed.'

He moved over to the rocks heading for the Factory, looking back with a smile.

'C'mon, Tasha! It's not that far!'

She nodded calmly.
"Uh okay but first."
she kissed him on the cheek.
"Sorry about Matt..."

'Uh... anyhow. C'mon, follow me. I found a cache of weapons in this Abandoned Factory up north a ways... I was gonna show it to Matt, but he's... well, gone.'

Tasha blushed, she closed her eyes for a split moment as it filled with a bloody death.
she shook it off.
"Heh... thankyou? I... You're real hansome..."
she blushed more looking to the floor

'No, I don't. That's because I've got powers that set me apart as well... That and, truth be told, I think you're rather attractive.'

He stopped for a second, eyes widening.

"Really?"
she looked down.
"Erm... that's not good..."
she frowned.
"But you dont hate me!"

'It's good to find someone period... C'mon. We'll need to find you a weapon, or something.'

He looked at her questioning gaze and sighed.

'See, with a power like that, you'll be viewed in a... less than friendly manner. C'mon, trust me on this one.'

She smiled leaning forward and catching him in a hug. she had no heartbeat.
"Its so good to find someone human..."
she smiled at him

He actually gaped a little bit.

'Uh... I'm superhumanly quick and have a sword. I actually seem kinda lame in comparison.'

"I manipulate death..."
she said calmly.
"I can kill people from here.... just by a thought..."
she said quietly.
"You?"

'How did you... Never mind. At the very least, it's nice to see a friendly face around here...'

He shrugged a little bit.

'So what can you do?'

the girl pointed at the writing.
"Tasha.... Rune..."
she paused.
"Cale Harker...."
she said slowly
"I'm sorry..."

'What...?'

He registered that his friend had died, and also that this new person had come into the picture at the same time.

It was who this Tasha Rune was that confused him- he was used to seeing death and, while Mathias would be missed, there was never any time to mourn the dead.

'Who... who are you?'

Matt looked to the girl before closing his eyes forever, breathing out deeply, leaving the name 'Tasha Rune' scratched into the ground

As mathias fell to the floor the girl jumped, glowing slightly.

Matt kept coughing, he was unable to sign but thought shallowly.

A girl was in sight, he had her hand outsterched and looked terrified.
A sharp pain went through Matt's left arm... the girl looked down as Matt collapsed

'Matt? Matt!!'

Cale turned around to look at his friend.

'Matt! What the hell's going on?!'

Matt began to choke slightly, coughing up sparking blood

"Sorry..."
he laughed drinking the water.
"C'mon then...."

'Hey, now, just because I enjoy exploration...'

He shook his head in laughter.

'Never mind. C'mon, I'll show you.'

Matt stood.
"What now man? Why is it you always have summit to show?"
he smiled
"Know what i got from london?"
he held out the water Angelous had given him.
"A bottle of water... ooooooh"
he laughed

'Still... C'mon. You're not going to believe what I found this time...'

Matt signed weakly.
"man gimme a break... i couldnt afford the plane tickets..."
he laughed slightly sitting up.

Cale got up and made his way over to his friend's body.

'You're a show-off, you know that?'
